I was going through my old stuff and I dug up this comic I made during my first year in uni for a photography assignment. It doesn't really have a name or anything, though originally it was going to be a continuation of the Damo story. Well, technically since I never really completed the first Damo video, I can't really continue something that wasn't started, right? But moving along...

The photography assignment was to take photos demonstrating the technical understanding of stuff like depth of field, slow-shutter blur and shit like that, so I got Simon and Wardy and come along to enact silly action scenes, and I filled the rest up with my own drawings. This marks my very first attempt at using Photoshop to add shading to my drawings so it's pretty shitty looking. I got a bit better at it later when making the comics for PMS, and these days I'm actually using texture and color (weee!).

Anyway, I thought it'd be pretty cool to just use gibberish in place of the text to see if the images are enough to get the story (or general gist of what's happening) across. I don't remember exactly what I got for the assignment, but I think I did pretty well. So here it is:

Oh, it you notice in page 5, Wardy looks really weird and not like his usual self at all. That's because it's not Wardy, and instead it's Dave standing in for him wearing a similar but different cap (our first continuity error!)
