Munky the Monkey Munky the Monkey was the first toy ever bestowed upon Shiven, and for a while he served as her pillow when she'd fall asleep on the couch. Munky was happy with that, for he was glad just to be close to his mistress. But then other toys like Newt and Toffee came along, and Munky got less and less attention from his mistress. So when Shiven picked Kimble to be made as her Familiar, Munky was pushed over the edge. After all, not only was he the First Toy, but he was also fuzzier and more huggable. He felt he was cheated of his birthright. He spent the next few months in a jealous rage brooding in the corner of the room along with the other toys, planning his revenge and waiting for the chance to execute it. That chance came one day when Chris the Psycho appeared and offered to animate Munky in return for his services as a sidekick and some insights into Shiven's existence. Munky quickly agreed to the Faustian pact, and disappeared into the shadows with Chris. Now Munky bides his time, waiting for the chance to usurp Kimble as Shiven's Familiar and regain her favor once again. Until that chance comes, he'll lie in wait watching TV, playing overly violent computer games and junking out on Doritos. Lately he's been watching movies like The Killer and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly on repeat… hoping to learn a thing or two about gun-fighting from experts like Clint Eastwood and Chow Yun-Fat. He's also become the resident gamer and movie-geek at Deadpan Entertainment, and frequently posts his whacky opinions on games and movies there.
