Kimble One day Shiven decided to create a Familiar to keep her company and help with her household chores, so she looked into her collection of soft toys. She passed over such toys as Munky and Newt, and decided on a raccoon named Kimble. There was something about his sad eyes that Shiven felt connected to, so she picked him and used her powers to bring life into the soft toy. It proved to be a good choice, for Kimble and Shiven quickly bonded and became close friends. Being a soft toy, he understood her anguish of being born into a life of servitude and they could both relate to one another on feeling disconnected from society and being unable to achieve any deep and lasting feelings of joy and happiness. Kimble continues to be pretty depressed all the time. Like Shiven, he has been melancholic for so long that he doesn't know how to feel any differently anymore. He's learnt from Shiven to drown his sadness by performing household chores while listening to depressing music, so these activities (along with playing video games) have become his path to escapism. When not needed as Shiven's Familiar, Kimble also acts as Deadpan Entertainment's mascot, and pretty much runs the website.
