The military is creating
living super-weapons known as Bleeders and the shit hits
the fan when one of them goes crazy and threatens to conquer the
world and enslave humanity.
With no other way of
neutralizing the threat, the military enlists the help of Shiven,
Princess of PMS. The two Bleeders meet and do battle, while the
fate of the world hangs in the balance… as usual.
Psychotic Mood Swings
is a chilling vision of a future where PMS can be harnessed as a
powerful weapon. Okay, it's not really chilling… but it's pretty
cool.
